Case Management

Case Management is a very important part of the project and every Project starts with Case Management.

Case Management is not just unloading containers and trucks.

All the machinery is received in Trucks and Containers in different cases.

These cases will be unloaded with utmost care and stored in proper locations / Godown

These cases are Organized in a proper way during stacking in such a way that these cases can be easily retrieved during the process of installation / erection.

If the same is not easily retrievable, unnecessary time is lost in tracking the same and Erection process is delayed and will overshoot the time frame.

During Unloading, the Packing list is crosschecked and any discrepancy is immediately brought to the notice of the management.

Any transit damages are also informed before unloading / storing for insurance claims

During Erection / Installation – these cases are retrieved and provided to the erection teams as per their requirement one day before the activity.

The opened cases will be disposed off to the scrap yard after segregating the plastic and wood.

This will ensure that the Erection teams are concentrating on Erection and disposal of these cases are done by our case management team.

We provide all the Material Handling Equipment’s such as Fork Lifts, Hydra, Crane, Hydraulic Pallets etc and will maintain till the completion of the project at the client site.
