Delays in Projects are very common in Indian Projects and Major cause for Cost and Time Over Runs in the Project.

It is not only Important to deliver the Project in time, but also to ensure that the Co-ordination with various Machine Suppliers and Vendors is very Effective.

PROJECT SCHEDULING & IDENTIFICATION OF VENDORS:

Our Team will draw up the complete Project Schedule and identify the required Vendors and Suppliers.

We will Project the requirements of Machines and Accessories from different Suppliers and Vendors on time line in the Bar Chart
and will Co-ordinate with the Vendors and Management and follow up for supply of the same Just In Time to ensure
that unnecessary inventory is not created and Funds blocked.

We will trace all dependency and the critical path and ensure that the project is not delayed for want of co-ordination or over sight.

We will also project the Fund required at various stages on a time line for Planning of Funds to the Management.

Our Project Management Team will work from our Back office as well as on Site.

PLANNING:

On Site, our team will Plan Implementation of Various Equipment and Machinery like Erection of
Production Machinery, H Plants, Compressors, Transformers, Cables, Panels, Ducts, Insulation,
False Ceiling, Lighting etc.

MONITORING:

Our team will also Monitor the Implementation/ Installation & Erection activities for Quality of work
and maintaining the dead lines of all the Contractors and various Agencies.

PROCESS CONTROL:

Our Team will finalize the Process Parameters and fine tune the process after Commissioning of the
Production Machinery with Material during Trail Production Stage

Our Team will work from Start of Project to start of Commercial Production and ensure
proper Implementation, Co-ordination.
