PMC is a very important aspect and vital to ensure the Project Dead Lines

Delays in Construction Is very common in Indian Projects and Major cause for Cost and Time Over Runs in the Project.

It is not only Important to deliver the Project in time, but also to ensure that the quality parameters are met and Civil, Structural and Architectural Drawings are properly Implemented.

 

The Contractor may have his own Civil Engineers at site to Supervise the activities. But the contractor or the Architect should never be the Monitoring Agency.

The Monitoring Agency should be either independent or should be with the Mill Management and should review the Schedules, Quality of Work and Progress very Strictly. Once the Building is Made, it will stand for 50 or 75 Years and no Re-work or Compromise should be accepted.

Review of Man Power Engagement Monitoring of Implementation of Civil, Architectural and Structural Drawings. Projection of material requirement, Man Power Requirement as per Schedule JustĀ in Time.

Alert the Management of Lapses, Deviations and Timely Requirements to meet the Targets.

 

SITE VISITS AND SUPERVISION

We shall make site visit for periodic supervision.

We shall depute Our Civil Engineer for the entire period of construction for Monitoring of Progress, Quality, Laid down Schedule and to save time and cost.
